Please see the attached announcement regarding changes to the leadership team of ESA for the 2024-2025 school year.

On Thursday May 23 please join us at École St. Mary School for the Spring Carnival. Family last names A-L from 4:30-5:30 and M-Z 5:30-6:30. Entry is a Food Bank donation. Please read the attached letter for more information.

Based on the feedback from the survey that was sent out we will be offering two options for the purchase of school supplies for the 2024-2025 school year. Option 1: Pay a flat fee of $60 to the school and the school will purchase school supplies at a reduced cost, parents would not be asked to buy school supplies. Option 2: Parents will be provided with a school supply list which they can purchase on their own. Typically these lists cost around $75. For more information please read the attached letter.

The Mixed Choir will be participating in the Whitecourt Music Festival this year. We will be performing on Wednesday, April 17th, in Ecole St. Anne School gym. We will be performing at 9:30 am sharp. For this performance, I’m asking choir members to wear a blue shirt (plain is preferred but any blue shirt will do) so we will have a uniform look.
